Capoeira Communities are available for booking now! If you would like us to visit your school / event /workplace then please send us an email ( Coolcapoeira@gmail.com) or use our contact sheet for your enquiry.  We offer flexible options such as; in curriculum classes, full days, half days, demonstrations, music + singing classes and after school clubs.     

Our lessons nurture / encourage; balance, motor control, creative-play, cooperation, confidence, rhythm, musicality, creativity,

stamina, strength + understanding of another culture.

Adults classes with Norwich Capoeira are every Monday at 7pm - 8.30pm!  

Classes are held in the hall behind the Trinity URC Church: 1 Unthank Rd, Norwich NR2 2PA 

Beginners welcomed and encouraged, first class is free.  Advance students also welcomed. 

Wear clothes that you can move around in.

£8 per class.  (£7 for concessions)
